our transfer was excellent and the driver was friendly, interesting and full of information. He was the first person we had met on Budapest and he put us in a happy mood for our trip.

He picked us up on the the 27th of December and dropped us off on the 30th to the palazzo Vichy hotel and he was brilliant.

This is the first time I’ve used this business & would definitely recommend them after a previous bad experience with another company. The driver on pickup from the airport had to wait some time for us due to delay but was very polite & helpful when he met us . During the transfer he pointed out places of interest. Simple booking system with quick confirmation response. On arrival at Budapest airport it was very busy but found our name on the board easily. A 5 minute wait and our driver arrived and we were quickly on our way. Driver very friendly (Istvan). He have gave us lots of local information which was very useful. We booked a return pickup and again driver prompt and courteous. Couldn't fault service and would highly recommend.
Had we not booked in advance there would have been a 1 hour wait for a taxi !!

Best transfer we ever had in Europe. Driver waiting at airport on arrival. Driver waiting in hotel lobby for departure. Transportation was comfortable, driver was courteous and spoke English. Il trasferimento in aeroporto é stato rapido ed efficiente ed abbiamo pagato in fiorini all'arrivo (si puí pagate in euro o in fiorini). Complimenti al driver Laszlo. Servizio consigliato e molto efficiente.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Personen und hatten gute Fahrzeuge, sehr freundliche Fahrer; Abholung aus dem Hotel sehr puenktlich. Der Fahrer hat wirklich alles versucht, den durch ein Unwetter entstandenen Stau zu umfahren und die Fahrzeit zu verkuerzen. Vielen Dank!

Let me first say that before our trip to Budapest I had read dozens of reviews about different taxi and transfer companies. At least 50% of them could make you worry.
Finally, we choose this firm. And, let me tell you, everything was PERFECT.
First of all, I received confirmation and driver's phone number and name within few hours.
At the exact time TOMAS (his name) was expecting us in front of Arrival's Gate. One extemely polite, helpfull, well-bred person with perfect English. The car was brand new Mercedes Van.
All the way from the airport to our hotel he was explaining us almost everything about Hungary and Budapest - from shopping stores to Modigliani artworks kept in Museums.
He warned us about some cons of Budapest services and pros of others. He specifically explained to us how to us Hungary's ATM that are tricky especially with HUF currency rates.
The price was the same as confirmed in our reservation. We paid in Euro.
If I could summarize it: this service was INCREDIBLE. I deffinetely recommend it to everyone.

We were recommended to use this company by a friend who had recently been to Budapest. The instructions received post booking were very clear and had contact details in case of an issues. The pick up at the airport was so easy, there was a lady with a board with my name on. She rang my allocated driver and he turned up within 5 minutes. During our journey he asked if we had any questions about the city. He arranged a pick up time on the day of departure, which was kept to the minute. Brilliant service.

Super Sache! 4 Tage vor Flug gebucht + Alles war spitze! Fahrer stand in Ankunftshalle am Flughafen mit Namensschild, leitete uns zum Auto und fuhr auf direktem Weg zum Hotel. Er sprach perfekt deutsch und gab die ersten Tipps. Abholtermin beim Rueckflug wurde ueberpuenktlich eingehalten; bezahlt wurde wie vereinbart nach jeder Fahrt. Wuerde ich jederzeit wieder so machen.

Es war alles ganz problemlos. Die Buchung war schnell und einfach und die Abholungen am Flughafen und am Hotel (sogar um 4:00 Uhr morgens) haben super geklappt. Jederzeit zu empfehlen.

On arrival at the airport a representative was waiting and he phoned the driver who was there in 5 mins. (They cannot wait long directly outside the terminal for long periods and park in a nearby holding area). The wait was actually down to 3 minutes by the time we were escorted out side and shown where to wait.

Siamo stati a Budapest agli inizi di Agosto e abbiamo usufruito di questo servizio.
Ci siamo trovati benissimo, specialmente perchᨠse non avremmo avuto problemi a muoverci con i mezzi pubblici quando siamo arrivati, al ritorno sarebbe stato un dramma (pick up in albergo alle 5.00, per volo alle 7.00).
Gli autisti sono sempre stati puntualissimi e simpatici, le auto usate ineccepibili.
La prossima volta che verremo a Budapest, non esiteremo a riutilizzare BAT.

We used Budapest Airport Transfers both ways - had two different drivers but both had clean, well maintained cars and the journey was smooth and well driven. The drivers were very polite and friendly and we have no reservation in recommending this company.

:-) An excellent company! Could not recommend them highly enough! We only booked them the night before we were leaving and did not hold out much hope that anyone would turn up at short notice! To our surprise the booking was confirmed the same night! We were able to check out of the hotel the next am with the assurance that we could spend the whole day in Budapest knowing that we did not have to worry about getting back to the airport. The agreed price was kept, the driver, arrived at our hotel early and waited for us without any pressure. He then helped us with our luggage both in and out of the car - this was very much appreciated ! How nice to discover this company who offer a polite,courteous, reliable and safe service! The price was fair and honest, and the car very clean, comfortable and safe! - cannot thank them enough for such a stress free experience! Thank you! Will definitely use again!
