 It's very important for you to understand, that the below prices are quoted PER TRANSFER, and not per person! It means that we operate our services with flat rates, which include VAT, and no other charges will occur. It doesn't matter what time of the day you travel, and it doesn't depend on how long time you are spending on the road during your transfer. (See our FAQ for more details!)

 The fixed prices are initially given in EURO and in HUF (Hungarian Forint). You will have to pay the below amounts to the driver in cash.

 You can pay in other currencies too (USD, GBP or CHF). You can use our if you wish to get the up-to-date equivalent sum in your currency.
Please note however, that we can accept only bank notes (NO coins), if you pay in other currencies than EUR or HUF!

 You will have to pay for the return transfer fee only on your departure! You don't have to pay in advance! (in other words, if you book a return transfer too, you pay for the transfer fee in two parts)

 Please note, that some surcharge may apply, in case you travel with extra amount of luggages. Please indicate it in your booking. You will be informed about the possible surcharge in the final confirmation. (See our FAQ for more details!)

We have flat transfer fees, no time limits, no person limits.

We will confirm your booking in a very short time. For last-minute bookings we try to send confirmation within hours, for other bookings in maximum 24 hours.

We send your final confirmation by email.

We do not require any deposit.

The driver will be waiting at the arrival hall holding a sign with your name.

for one way or for both ways.

Airport transfer in Budapest

Choose this transfer order form if you..

..are already (or you will be) in Budapest, and you need a transfer
only FROM your hotel or address TO the airport.

   OR
..forgot to book your return transfer, when you
made your original incoming transfer booking with us.

This is a ONE-WAY-TRANSFER!

Airport transfer in Budapest

Choose this transfer order form if you..

..need a transfer for both ways (from the airport
to your hotel or any address in Budapest,
and then back to the airport later)

   OR
..need a transfer only for one way (from the airport
to your hotel or any address in Budapest)

   OR
..still has not decided whether you would need
a return transfer as well (you can order it later
using the next order form below)

The most important condition is that our prices are based on a per-car-basis
(or rather on per-route-basis) and NOT on a per-person-basis.
We will show you a few examples in order to explain what it means:

Example "A": You want to reserve a transfer for 3 persons from the airport to your hotel
with a return transfer a few days later.
The total cost will be 38 Euro, which is payable to the driver in two parts.
You will pay 19 Euro when you arrive at the hotel,
and you will pay the other 19 Euro when you arrive at the airport on your departure

Example "B": You want to reserve a transfer for 7 persons from the airport to your hotel
with a return transfer a few days later.
The total cost will be 76 Euro, which is payable to the driver in two parts.
You will pay 38 Euro when you arrive at the hotel,
and you will pay the other 38 Euro when you arrive at the airport on your departure

So basically you always pay the driver when you arrive at your destination


Transfers are arranged by normal cars (limousins) and minivans, depending on the number of persons.
It is possible, that more vehicles will be used for one transfer. It doesn't effect the price.
In case of transfers for more than 20 persons, we will provide midi size buses or big coaches.

Prices in USD are rather informational.
It means that the initial price is given in Euro (€).
The actual USD price depends on the Euro/USD exchange rate
of the day when you use our transfer service
However, it can be only slight differences
comparing to the prices given here.
